Product ideas for winter outdoor activities

Beautiful winter weather tempts you outdoors for hiking, skiing, and enjoying the Nordic nature. Of course, outdoor activities include delicious provisions that taste especially good when enjoyed in the peace of the forest by a campfire. Our durable ceramic dishes, made in Posio, are perfect for outdoor dining. Heat up some cream-chocolate coffee, roasted in Tampere, or Posio tea flavored with lingonberry, spruce sprout, and heather in a thermos, or brew campfire coffee. A warming soup can also be conveniently carried in a thermos. Pack sandwiches in a box, a savory pie, some sweet treats, or for a longer trip, more substantial provisions that can be prepared at a campfire site, for example. Wooden serving trays and utensils are light to carry, but a few small bowls and mugs are also easy to bring along. A throw blanket can be rolled up and carried on top of a backpack – it will keep you warm while enjoying your provisions. For ice swimmers, Koto wool slippers, handmade in Kuusamo, will warm their feet.
