Leinikki Coated Cotton Fabric

The coated cotton fabric from Pentik Leinikki series creates a soothing base for table setting with its muted colors. The Leinikki acrylic coated cotton fabric is a practical choice for the dining table as it repels dirt and is easy to wipe clean. The fabric is 150 cm wide and the pattern repeat length is 94 cm. Machine washable at maximum 40 degrees with a gentle program.

Designer Lasse Kovanen sought inspiration for the timeless Leinikki (Buttercup) pattern by getting a bouquet of brightly colored flowers from a flower shop for his desk. He drew them carefully with a pen and then added a watercolor surface. The detailed pencil strokes combined with the soft watercolors create an interesting contrast in the pattern.
