Leinikki Tray

The tray from the Leinikki series brings serene atmosphere to table setting and interior with soothing muted colors. The round tray is made of laminated birch veneer and has a diameter of 38 cm. Made in Sweden. Freezer and dishwasher proof.

Designer Lasse Kovanen sought inspiration for the timeless Leinikki (Buttercup) pattern by getting a bouquet of brightly colored flowers from a flower shop for his desk. He drew them carefully with a pen and then added a watercolor surface. The detailed pencil strokes combined with the soft watercolors create an interesting contrast in the pattern. Leinikki gives the home a late-summer glow-up, as well as a hint of the approaching autumn.
