Myski Candle Holder

The Myski candleholder, designed by Minna Niskakangas, highlights the contrast between soft and angular shapes. The natural wood colored Myski candleholder measures 9x26 cm. The product is built to last, which is why the materials and manufacturing methods have been carefully refined. The candleholder is made from eco-friendly lacquered birch wood, and the candle holder itself is made of metal.

The result of a collaboration between two Finnish family businesses, Pentik and Sorvi-Pojat. The products are made in Finland, in Sievi, Northern Ostrobothnia, by turning birch wood on a lathe. For Sorvi-Pojat, who have long been active in the industry, wood is a material to be respected and understood: “At once strong and soft, everyday and luxurious, simple and demanding.” Just as clay is for us at Pentik.
