There are more reindeer than people in Pentik's hometown Posio. Some has even peeped in through the window of our ceramics factory. People come from all over the world to see the reindeer. For us they are like pets. In the Saaga series, reindeer roam around in dishes and patterns — from tablecloths to sheets. So it's easy to imagine yourself napping on a reindeer sled. The shape of the tableware is designed by Lasse Kovanen and the pattern by Minna Niskakangas.
