Terms and conditions for gift cards

Gift cards can be purchased at Pentik stores and outlets. Customer can specify the amount to be added to the gift card balance.

Pentik gift card can be used as a means of payment in Pentik's own stores and outlets. It's possible to redeem the gift card can in several parts.

At the moment gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Previously the gift cards were valid for 12 months. The validity period and balance of the gift card can be checked in our store.

The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen.
