You have the right to return any products ordered from the Online Store within 30 days of the delivery. Please notice that fabrics sold by the meter are tailor-made products and cannot be returned.
Returns in Finland
Posti, Matkahuolto and DHL parcels
You will receive a pre-filled return form with your delivery. Fill in the return form and enclose it in the return shipment. If you return the complete order, we will refund the shipping costs to you. The returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
You can return the parcel through Posti by attaching the return sticker onto the parcel. Parcels delivered by Matkahuolto can be returned to a Matkahuolto service point. Please quote the return code 9522243 when returning an item.
Post Express Freight - Home Delivery
If the return regards a large freight product delivered as Posti Express Freight Home Delivery, the customer is responsible for the return fee in accordance with Posti's price list. The return fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
Returns from other countries
If you need to return a parcel delivered outside Finland, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. In most cases the order can be returned by asking the courier service to collect the parcel from the customer's home address or by dropping it to the courier service's pick-up point. Our customer service team can advise you of the return method according to the country of delivery.
The Parcel Connect service is available in the following countries: Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Luxemburg, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia. The parcel includes a return sticker, please attach this to the parcel. Please contact our customer service team for more information about the collection.
Posti Parcel Baltic -service is available in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In Estonia, the return can be left at a service point or a parcel locker by using the same code as the parcel was picked up with. In Latvia and Lithuania, pick-up for the return can be ordered form the local customer service.
In other countries returns can be made through the nearest DHL service point.
Handling of returns and refunds
We refund all payments received, including postage and packing, without delay and no later than 14 days after the receipt of an approved return. Please retain the receipt of return issued by Posti until you have received the refund. We can track your parcel quickly with the code on the receipt.
