Shipping and Payment

These shipping and payment terms apply to all orders of Pentik Oy Online Store, in addition to the terms of service for the Pentik Online Store.

Ordering and registering

When placing an order, you will need to provide the recipient's telephone number and email address. After placing your order in the Online Store, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your email. A notice of arrival can only be sent electronically, either by text message or email.

Delivery methods

We deliver products to mainland Finland and to the EU countries listed below. Delivery times and prices vary by country. You can find the instructions for ordering products to countries not listed here below the table.

Free delivery to a pick-up point in Finland for Online Store orders over €100.00 is offered for the members of Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Club”. For other EU countries, free shipment for orders is offered for purchases over €200 for Pentik Club members. Backorders are delivered free of charge.

The delivery times may extend by up to 5 working days during sales and campaigns. Backorders are delivered free of charge. In an exceptional situation in which an item cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer of the circumstances as soon as possible.

The maximum size of parcels delivered overseas is 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm and the maximum weight is 31.5 kg. 

Deliveries to mainland Finland 

Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, your order will be delivered to selected Posti Parcel Point or Post Office. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to your home, in which case Posti will deliver the parcel to your doorstep. When placing an order, you will need to provide the recipient's telephone number and email address. A notice of arrival can only be sent electronically, either by text message or email.

Collection from Posti or from Posti Parcel Point, Postal Parcel
Your order will be delivered to the Posti pick-up point of your choice from which you can pick it up after receiving a notice of arrival. You will receive a notice of arrival by text message or email when the parcel is available for collection. To collect the shipment, you will need either the notice of arrival or the tracking code. Parcels are held at Posti outlets and pick-up points for 7 days after the notice of arrival, and at Posti Parcel Points for 7 days after the notice of arrival, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland. 

Please note that if the  the size of the package exceeds the dimensions of Posti's Parcel Point lockers or the locker is full, Posti keeps the take the parcel to the nearest post office to be picked up. 

Collection from Matkahuolto pick-up-point
Orders will be delivered to Matkahuolto pick-up-point, from which you can pick them up after receiving a notice of arrival. You will receive a notice of arrival with sms or email when the parcel is available for collection. Parcels are held at Matkahuolto parcel lockers for 7 days after the notice of arrival and at the pick-up point for 14 days after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland. 

Home delivery, Posti Parcel To The Doorstep
The recipient's telephone number is required when placing the order. Posti will call the recipient to agree on delivery to the address provided by the customer between 9 am and 9 pm. Home delivery is possible only to mainland Finland to addresses accessible by road.

DHL Express Finland Home Delivery
Your parcel will be delivered within 1–3 working days of it leaving the Posio warehouse. Soon after pick-up you will receive an e-mail or text message from DHL with a tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the best delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country. Delivery fee is calculated based on order weight. Packaging weight is included in total weight.

Posti Express Freight - Home Delivery
Posti will deliver your order containing large freight products to the address you provided as a climate-friendly Posti Green shipment. In major cities, the shipment will be delivered to the recipient's address by 9 pm In other locations, shipments will be delivered by 4 pm and the driver will assist with pick-up. Posti will call and agree with you on the most suitable delivery time. Delivery includes unpacking from transport packaging and removal of packaging material as well as recycling. The home delivery service only applies to addresses in mainland Finland.

Free delivery to Finland (to a pick-up point) for Online Store orders over €75.00 for the members of Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Club” except for delivery to doorstep. Orders to Finland are delivered within 5 working days from the order. The delivery times may extend by up to 5-10 working days during sales and campaigns.

Deliveries to EU countries

The Posti Postal Parcel Baltics service is available in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Orders are delivered to parcel lockers or service points. Parcels will be stored for 7 days after delivery for pick up. An unclaimed parcel will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.

The GLS parcel service is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain and Sweden. Orders are delivered to the pick-up point (usually the nearest post office). The parcel will be held for 7 days, after which it will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.

The parcel will be held in DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker for 14 days before being returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU 

You can order Pentik products to countries that are not listed above through our Kuusamo store. The items available for shipping abroad are those found in the Online Store en.pentik.com. Please email your order to kuusamo@pentik.com citing the product codes and names indicated in the Online Store product information. Pentik Kuusamo store will contact you to confirm your order. Once the order is confirmed, you will be sent an invoice including the product price, shipping costs and an invoicing charge of €10.00. The shipping costs are determined by the product weight and the size of the shipment. For more information about ordering products to another country, please contact either our customer service at info@pentik.com or our Kuusamo store directly. 

Business customers wishing to order Pentik products to another country are advised to contact our business sales at yritysmyynti@pentik.com.

Changing or cancelling your order before delivery

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service by phone as soon as possible after placing your order. Our customer service will check whether the order can be changed or canceled or whether it has already been prepared for delivery. Please note that metric fabrics are custom-made products and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Tracking your order

You can track your order online. The confirmation email includes a link to the tracking page. You can also find the link to the tracking page from My Orders in My Account on the Online Store. You can use the tracking code when picking up your parcel.

Methods of payment

The product price is the price displayed on the Online Store website at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT. Your order can be paid by credit card, invoice or online banking. Your payment is charged at the end of the ordering process. We do not store your credit card details. If the product price is reduced after the placement of the order, the difference of the prices shall not be refunded.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Plc (Business ID 2122839-7) acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc has a payment management license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Paytrail is a secure payment method for you. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact Pentik Online Store customer service. You can find Paytrail terms of use here.

Pentik Online Store acts as a marketer for products and services and as a product supplier for the customer. The e-shop is responsible for the statutory and other obligations of the retailer. If you want to advertise or return your product, you should be in direct contact with the online store where the product was ordered. 

Bank Payments

You have the payment options for all Finnish banks. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S-bank and Ålandsbanken. As a collecting payment service, Paytrail Plc will forward your payment to your online merchant. From the online store you are directed to your bank to proceed with the safe payment.

Credit card payments

You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. The online store uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient for the payment and will forward your credit card payment directly to the merchant. Payments are secured and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.

Mobile Payment

Mobile Payments Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are application-based services that can be used to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer or as a card payment by accepting a payment in that application.

Invoice and payment services

Invoice and payout services through Paytrail are provided by Walley and Jousto. When you accept the payment, you agree to the terms of the payment service.
