The Online Store is an online store owned by Pentik Oy. The items available from the Online Store are the products of the current selection. Registering with the Online Store allows you to enjoy the benefits of the Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Friends”. As a member of the loyalty program, you can subscribe to our newsletter containing information about Pentik products, the Online Store benefits, offers and new products.
Ordering and registering
You can order products from the Online Store even if you are not registered. Registering with the Online Store requires a functioning email address. The email address you use to create an account will later be used as the username in the Online Store. When you register with Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Friends”, please read the Pentik Friends rules. Customers placing an order in the Online Store shall be at least 18 years old.
When placing an order, you will need to provide the recipient's telephone number and email address. After placing your order in the Online Store, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your email. A notice of arrival can only be sent electronically, either by text message or email.
We deliver products to mainland Finland and to the EU countries listed below. Delivery times and prices vary by country. You can find the instructions for ordering products to countries not listed here below the table.

Free delivery to Finland (to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point or home address) for Online Store orders over €50.00 is offered for the members of Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Friends”. For other EU countries, free shipment for orders over 200 euros. Backorders are delivered free of charge.
The delivery times may extend by up to 5 working days during sales and campaigns. Backorders are delivered free of charge. In an exceptional situation in which an item cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer of the circumstances as soon as possible.
The maximum size of parcels delivered overseas is 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm and the maximum weight is 31.5 kg.
Deliveries to mainland Finland
Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, your order will be delivered to selecterd Posti Parcel Point or Post Office. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to your home, in which case Posti will deliver the parcel to your doorstep. When placing an order, you will need to provide the recipient's telephone number and email address. A notice of arrival can only be sent electronically, either by text message or email.
Collection from Posti or from Posti Parcel Point, Postal Parcel
Your order will be delivered to the Posti pick-up point of your choice from which you can pick it up after receiving a notice of arrival. You will receive a notice of arrival by text message or email when the parcel is available for collection. To collect the shipment, you will need either the notice of arrival or the tracking code. Parcels are held at Posti outlets and pick-up points for 7 days after the notice of arrival, and at Posti Parcel Points for 7 days after the notice of arrival, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.
Please note that if the the size of the package exceeds the dimensions of Posti's Parcel Point lockers or the locker is full, Posti keeps the take the parcel to the nearest post office to be picked up.
Collection from Matkahuolto pick-up-point
Orders will be delivered to Matkahuolto pick-up-point, from which you can pick them up after receiving a notice of arrival. You will receive a notice of arrival with sms or email when the parcel is available for collection. Parcels are held at Matkahuolto parcel lockers for 7 days after the notice of arrival and at the pick-up point for 14 days after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.
Home delivery, Posti Parcel To The Doorstep
The recipient's telephone number is required when placing the order. Posti will call the recipient to agree on delivery to the address provided by the customer between 9 am and 9 pm. Home delivery is possible only to mainland Finland to addresses accessible by road.
DHL Express Finland Home Delivery
Your parcel will be delivered within 1–3 working days of it leaving the Posio warehouse. Soon after pick-up you will receive an e-mail or text message from DHL with a tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the best delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country. Delivery fee is calculated based on order weight. Packaging weight is included in total weight.
Posti Express Freight - Home Delivery
Posti will deliver your order containing large freight products to the address you provided as a climate-friendly Posti Green shipment. In major cities, the shipment will be delivered to the recipient's address by 9 pm In other locations, shipments will be delivered by 4 pm and the driver will assist with pick-up. Posti will call and agree with you on the most suitable delivery time. Delivery includes unpacking from transport packaging and removal of packaging material as well as recycling. The home delivery service only applies to addresses in mainland Finland.

Deliveries to EU countries
The Posti Postal Parcel Baltics service is available in the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The Posti Postal Parcel Baltics network of Posti, DHL and Bring has more than 43,000 service points in Europe. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point or the recipient's home address. In Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, parcels are mainly delivered to a pick-up point. In other countries orders are delivered to the recipient's home address. If the recipient is not at home, the parcel will be returned to DHL's service point. Parcels are held for 14 days after an attempt to deliver or being made available for collection, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.
The GLS parcel service is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain and Sweden. Orders are delivered to the pick-up point (usually the nearest post office). The parcel will be held for 7 days, after which it will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.
DHL Express service is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain and Sweden. Deliveries to countries outside the EU
You can order Pentik products to countries that are not listed above through our Posio store. The items available for shipping abroad are those found in the Online Store. Please email your order to email@example.com citing the product codes and names indicated in the Online Store product information. The Posio store will contact you to confirm your order. Once you have confirmed the order, the store will send you an invoice including the product price, shipping costs and an invoicing charge of €10.00. The shipping costs are determined by the product weight and the size of the shipment. For more information about ordering products to another country, please contact either our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or our Posio store directly.
Business customers wishing to order Pentik products to another country are advised to contact our business sales at email@example.com.
Changing or cancelling your order before delivery
Please contact our customer service by telephone. Please notice that fabrics sold by the metre are tailor-made products and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Tracking your order
You can track your order online. The confirmation email includes a link to the tracking page. You can also find the link to the tracking page from My Orders in My Account on the Online Store. You can use the tracking code when picking up your parcel.
Methods of payment
The product price is the price displayed on the Online Store website at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT. Your order can be paid by credit card, invoice or online banking. Your payment is charged at the end of the ordering process. We do not store your credit card details. If the product price is reduced after the placement of the order, the difference of the prices shall not be refunded.
Payment service provider
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment management license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Ltd (Business ID FI21966066).
The Checkout Payments Service passes your payment to the merchant. If you see Checkout Finland Oy on your bank statement or credit card statement, we have provided your payment.
The webshop acts as a marketer for products and services and as a product supplier for the customer. The e-shop is responsible for the statutory and other obligations of the retailer. If you want to advertise or return your product, you should be in direct contact with the online store where the product was ordered.
You have the payment buttons for all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S-bank and Ålandsbanken. As a payee for your account, Checkout Finland Oy will display your payment to your online merchant. From the online store you are directed directly to your bank to make payment safely.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. The online store uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.
Checkout appears as a payee with a card payment and passes the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are secured by a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile Payments Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass, and Transfer are application-based services that can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer account or as a card payment by accepting a payment in that application. In addition, you will be able to complete the Transfer Fees so that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports the Migration.

Invoice and hire payment services
Invoice and payout services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and Afterpay.
Here are some more specific terms that you see when accepting your payment. When you accept the payment, you agree to the terms of the financial company.
You have the right to return any products ordered from the Online Store within 14 days of the delivery. Please notice that fabrics sold by the metre are tailor-made products and cannot be returned. Cosmetics and food products must be returned in their original packaging or in a sealed bag.
You will receive a pre-filled return form with your delivery. Fill in the return form and enclose it in the return shipment. If you return the complete order, we will refund the shipping costs to you. The returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns in Finland
You can return the parcel through Posti by attaching the return sticker onto the parcel. Parcels delivered by Matkahuolto can be returned to a Matkahuolto service point. Please quote the return code 9522243 when returning an item.
Returns from other countries
If you need to return a parcel delivered outside Finland, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases the order can be returned by asking the courier service to collect the parcel from the customer's home address or by dropping it to the courier service's pick-up point. Our customer service team can advise you of the return method according to the country of delivery.
The Posti Postal Parcel Baltics service is available in the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The parcel includes a return sticker, please attach this to the parcel. Customers can return the parcels to the nearest DHL service point. Customers in the Baltic countries can organise the parcel to be picked up from their local terminal. Please contact our customer service team for more information about the collection.

Handling of returns and refunds
We refund all payments received, including postage and packing, without delay and no later than 14 days after the receipt of an approved return. Please retain the receipt of return issued by Posti until you have received the refund. We can track your parcel quickly with the code on the receipt.
