Heijastuksia Glass Vase

Reflections of a life lived.
Over the years, Anu Pentik has visited India many times. The most important souvenir from those trips have been the colours. Glowing, warm and intense shades, which she combines wildly - any colour can be matched with together. At its best, the combination of light and colour creates a sense of elevation above the everyday. And just as Anu uses glazes to paint on ceramics, the glassblower uses different coloured glass masses to paint patterns on the Heijastuksia (Reflections) vases that are like windows into a life lived. The Heijastuksia glass vases, designed by Anu Pentik, are available in three different colours and sizes.

The green Heijastuksia vase measures 14x13 cm and is made of mouth blown glass. Each vase in the Heijastuksia series is unique and may show some signs of handicraft, such as air bubbles. Also the thickness of the glass may vary. Hand washing is recommended.
