Lichen usually live in rough conditions like tree trunks and rocks. But they can also be picky and need clean air to grow. That´s why they flourish in Finnish nature. While designing the Jäkälä (Lichen) collection, Minna Niskakangas thought her childhood near forests. She painted an organic and ornamental print originally on plywood.
Black potholder is made of 100% cotton (filling 100% polyester) and it is machine-washable at 60 degrees. This product is designed for handling hot tableware.
