Lichen usually live in rough conditions like tree trunks and rocks. But they can also be picky and need clean air to grow. That´s why they flourish in Finnish nature. While designing the Jäkälä (Lichen) collection, Minna Niskakangas thought her childhood near forests. She painted an organic and ornamental print originally on plywood.
Black Jäkälä tray is a stylish and timeless detail in the kitchen. The tray is 38 cm in diameter and made of laminated birch veneer in Sweden. Dishwasher-proof.
