Kukkapelto Coated Placemat

In the summer, a field of flowers will be planted in Helsinki for the delight of the city's residents, who can gather a bouquet to take home. Our designer, Minna Niskakangas, often rides her bike there to watch sunflowers, cornflowers and flax flowers glowing in the evening sun. Then she picks up a paintbrush and starts painting. The sprawling, cheerful Kukkapelto (Flower Field) was originally created with acrylic paint. And just like unselfish, good deeds, the flowers in the pattern spread joy and good mood around them. Hang the Kukkapelto collections fabric as curtains in your home or cottage and fall asleep in the bedding of the series like in the middle of a field of flowers.

The colourful acrylic coated placemat of the Kukkapelto collection is a practical choice for the dining table as it repels dirt and is easy to wipe clean. The placemat measures 35x45 cm. Made of 60 % polyester (50 % recycled, 50 % regular) and 40 % recycled cotton.
