The first sunbathers of the spring.
"Bread is food for the body, but daffodils are food for the soul." So it has been written already in the 500th century and the idea still seems relevant today! The brightly coloured daffodils are among the first plants to rush out of the soil to enjoy the spring sunshine and, along with good food, have become an important part of Easter celebrations in many homes. Lasse Kovanen painted the Narsissi (Daffodil) pattern using the traditional tempera technique, in which egg is used as a binding substance for the colours. This painting technique, familiar from icon painting, is characterised by a subtle translucency that creates extremely beautiful, delicate details. In the Narsissi pattern, the brushstrokes and several layers of paint are still visible. The textiles of Narsissi collection bring a fresh and cheerful Easter feel to the home with trendy yellow and turquoise shades.
The bright yellow Narsissi napkins are made of paper. The package contains 20 napkins in size 33x33 cm.
