Pahka Coated Cotton Fabric

In the hands of a designer, the details of nature become art. The Pahka (Gnarl) collection was created by Lasse Kovanen at the ceramics factory in Posio. He designed the shapes using a traditional sculpting method, carving them out of plaster. The swirling shapes of gnarls growing on tree trunks were then drawn into modern textile patterns. The sculptural fabrics, cushion covers and ceramic vases of the collection bring a forest-like and earthy atmosphere into the home.

Pahka acrylic coated cotton fabric is a practical choice for the dining table as it repels dirt and is easy to wipe clean. The fabric is 150 cm wide and the report size is 64 cm. Machine washable at maximum 40 degrees with a gentle program.
